At Cambridge College, we have many ways to help remove the financial barriers between you and the education you deserve. The College participates in a variety of programs that provide financial aid options to students,including low interest loans, grants, and work study opportunities. Eligible students may also apply for scholarships and financial aid. Or, if you prefer, you may arrange to make tuition payments in equal installments through the Academic Management Service payment plan. Graduation Clearance

All tuition and other charges must be paid in full by the published graduation clearance deadline. Diplomas and transcripts are released only upon full payment. Student accounts that are not fully paid by graduation clearance day may be turned over to a collection agency if the account continues to be delinquent. In such cases, the student will be liable for any court or agency costs (as allowed by Massachusetts law) which may total 40% of the outstanding bill.

In addition to personal and bank checks, the Business Office accepts MasterCard and VISA payments in person and by phone.

Graduating students' transcripts and diplomas are not released until bills are paid in full, no exceptions.

When classes are in session:

  • Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During InterSession:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
